Top two required skills must have: 1. B/f laptop/desktop skills 2. B/f printer skills. A+ is required but can be obtained in 60 days after hire. Nice to have certifications or skill sets: Lexmark certs, Dell certs, client certs and Lenovo certs. Personality that would perform best with team: Customer service.
