Description
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Onsite or in-house run off, servicing, repair and/or installation company products
• In-process inspections at subcontractor facilities
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment
• Serves as a customer contact on technical and service-related issues
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures
• Determines most cost-effective repair / resolution
• Prepare service reports for internal and external customers
• Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
• Ability to use typical hand and power tools
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Be literate in English speaking and writing
• Average computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
