Field Service Technician

Pay: $25-$35/hour, based on experience
Position: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time + Overtime

Travel: Regular travel required
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician for a direct-hire opportunity . This position will install, troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial machinery at customer locations.
Responsibilities

• Install, start up, service, and repair industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls issues
• Provide technical support and customer training
• Assist customers by phone with troubleshooting and parts needs
• Test machinery and equipment
• Assist with machine builds when working in-house
• Complete service documentation and customer acceptance forms

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, drives, three-phase motors, pneumatics, and PLCs
• Mechanically inclined; machine assembly or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe skills
• Willing to travel regularly

Travel is primarily during the week, with occasional weekends. Some international travel may be required.
