Field Service TechnicianImmediate hiring need for a full time position with a generous benefits package. Whatever your product needs, we can meet it with precision and passion.Duties and responsibilities include:Install, service, or repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer sites, manufacturing sites, or sales and service offices.Use hand tools, test equipment, and multimeters to perform tasks.Requires knowledge of equipment specifications.Discusses with engineering problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.Field train customers.Performs in house phone troubleshooting support to customers.Supports sales for product demonstrations.Provides a range of known solutions to problems.Innovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problems.May need to handle after-hours phone troubleshooting.Required to travel extensively nationwide.Build and maintain customer relationships.Performs other duties as assigned by manager.Qualifications include:Requires minimal direct supervision.Organizational skillsMicrosoft Outlook and Excel knowledgeExpert knowledge of supplied machineryAbility to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutionsWill require travel up to 100% of the time.
