Description
This role owns the execution of field repair work at customer sites, ensuring all repairs are completed professionally, meeting customer expectations, and protect the company's quality standards in the field.
Requirements
Execute on-site repair and touch-up work to restore product quality and meet customer expectations.
Represent the company professionally in front of customers, including designers, installers, dealers, and sales representatives.
Document field issues through photos and detailed recap reports to support internal quality feedback loops.
Ensure all tools, materials, and touch-up equipment are prepared and maintained for field work.
Travel to customer job sites (drive or fly), up to 75%.
