Field Service Technician - Flexo / PrintingLocation: U.S. Based.Base Pay: $70,000 - $90,000What You Will Be DoingTravel 80-90% across U.S. Canada & EU to install, commission, service, and troubleshoot flexographic presses and converting equipmentDiagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems: PLC/HMI navigation, VFDs, servos, sensors, pneumatics, some hydraulics, drives, and motion controlPerform startups, calibrations, alignment, and web handling setup (tension, registration, dryers, cooling) and validate machine performance at customer sitesTrain customer operators/maintenance on operation, safety, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance; document service reports and parts needsWork independently with remote support from EU engineering; prioritize tickets, manage travel and spare parts, and represent the OEM on customer floorsWhat You Need For This JobInternational TravelStrong electro-mechanical skill set: PLC/HMI literacy (Allen-Bradley or Siemens), VFD/servo drives, pneumatics, basic hydraulics, sensors, wiring, schematicsExperience with complex industrial equipment; flexographic or printing press experience strongly preferred; web handling and registration exposure a plusBosch/Bosch Rexroth drives experience highly preferred; able to interface with OEM engineering and follow commissioning procedures and SOPsClear communicator and customer-facing demeanor; disciplined documentation; safety-focused; thrives with minimal on-site supervisionWhat's In It For YouBenefit's PackageIf interested, Please send an updated resume with desired salary pay to this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
