We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic automation equipment at customer facilities. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be provided with a company service truck and will travel to customer locations to respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support equipment upgrades and repairs. Work Model:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and robotic automation systems
- Respond to customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities to maximize system uptime
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
- Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals
- Conduct system testing and verify proper equipment operation following repairs
- Document service activities, parts usage, and maintenance recommendations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment status, repair plans, and preventative maintenance opportunities
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, field service, or related technical experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, drives, and controls
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Valid Driver's License
