The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site support, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with installations of electrical systems and equipment.Job Duties:Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems according to company proceduresConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels and equipmentProvide direction to on-site contractors hired by Panelmatic where applicableTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems and componentsMake appropriate, budget-conscious travel arrangements for Field Service trips where requiredPerform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) were requiredDocument service activities, including maintenance reports and service recordsTrain customers in basic equipment operation and maintenance, where applicableCollaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projectsPerform electrical and mechanical manufacturing tasks, in-process inspections, and Quality Control checks in Panelmatic manufacturing locations when not assigned to a field projectPerform other duties as assigned.
