Field Service Technician
Paying $25.00 / HR - $35.00 / HR
Location - Bend, OR
Responsibilities:
-
Service solar equipment in multiple areas
-
Replace solar panel parts and or equipment to make sure everything is running properly
-
Will utilize solar equipment testing for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks utilizing their computer systems

Prepare accurate documentations of all aspects of the job being performed

Occasional climbing and carrying, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working in high, exposed, or difficult to access places.

Could travel up to 2-3 different sites per week
Qualifications:
-
Must have a valid drivers license to operate a company vehicle
-
Able to work outside in the elements during where it could be warm in the summer and cold in the winter
-
May be asked to work the weekends for critical issues that come up

Demonstrated basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Demonstrated ability to identify and perform effective Lock Out/Tag
-
Demonstrated ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment achieved through formal training or previous work experience

Must be able to read and write in English
-
Able to work in a team environment of up to 3 people on some jobs

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Shift:
- Day Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
