Field Service Technician II
The Field Service Technician II provides face-to-face customer service located at an off-site location and is responsible for minor troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of various light and heavy construction equipment. Responsible for providing troubleshooting and high-quality repair service on power generation, gas, and diesel engines, and ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches), in order to respond to customers' needs in a positive, safe, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
