Field dispatch service for break fix calls including PCs, laptops, printers, POS, and many other assorted products
1 to 2 years field service experience, CompTIA A+ certification is recommended and if they have any OEM certs such as Client, Lexmark, Dell, Lenovo would be a plus
TOP 2: The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically, knowledge of installing brackets, drilling holes, and mounting hardware.
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): Monday thru Friday 9 to 6 with an on call rotation for weekends and after hours
