IT Field TechnicianThis position is both remote and in person. Some remote work from home doing training and admin tasks, but primarily filed technician work being dispatched to customer sites.The primary day-to-day responsibilities entail IT field technician work. Worker will be in the field answering dispatch calls (breakfix and Imac) providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc).
Level of support will vary depending on customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, switches support, among others.The top two required skills that candidates must have are skills in working with customers, technical aptitude and must have hands on field tech exp, no helpdesk.The work schedule for this position is M-F 10am-7pm (hours are subject to change) OT and OC.The person should have 2-5 years of overall experience. We will train however.A+ certification is good to have, Lexmark certs, experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus. Client Dell Lenovo also desired.The conversion rate for contract to hire is $20.00.
