In this role, you will be responsible for providing start-up, installation, warranty service, and general support for the service network/customers in your assigned territory.Responsibilities: Field Service TechnicianProvide technical and operational support for customers and partners.Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair.Repair and maintenance of coffee and espresso machines.Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints when necessary.Willingness to work various shift hours as assigned (including 10-hour shifts)Must be able to travel and work independently.Requires 100% travelRequirements: Field Service TechnicianHigh school diploma/GEDMinimum 1 year of related work experience as a technician for a manufacturer or service provider for coffee/beverage/or similar equipmentAbility to communicate with internal teams and clientsExcellent customer serviceWillingness to travel up to 100%Ability to work in elevations greater than 20 feet.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. floor to waist.Ability to team lift 50 lbs. waist to shoulder, overhead or carry 20 feet.Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time when traveling by airplane or vehicle.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time when visiting sites.
