Field Service SupervisorThe Field Service Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of pressure control equipment at various locations. They play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of pre-job equipment preparation, product installation at the well site, and post-job demobilization and repair of service equipment. They work closely with Well Site Supervisors and Wireline Supervisors to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Additionally, they interact professionally with customers and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for operation and maintenance of Becnel pressure control equipment on locationAccurately record job-related information and maintain required documentationCoordinate with Well Site Supervisor and Wireline Supervisor to understand objectives of tasks required to complete the job safely and efficientlyWhile at shop the operator will be tasked with servicing and maintenance of all tools and completing associated paperworkWorks with Quality and HSE Manager in all aspects of the quality and safety systemInteracts with customersMaintain a safe work environment in compliance with industry standards and regulationsModel the Company's values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner.Other duties as assignedQualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Mechanical aptitudeAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team, follow safety protocols, and in challenging environmentsTransportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)Training: PEC-SEMS, PEC-Offshore, SafeGulf, SafeLand USA, Water Survival, H2S/Fit Testing, Fire-Fight, Pressure Control, Wellcap, and any other training required of customers3+ years driving experience with a valid driver's license and acceptable driver history Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalentHave industry product knowledge, preferredAt least 1 year of experience or equivalent work history, preferred Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
