Job Description
Bobst North America Inc. seeks a Field Service Senior Technician in Parsippany, NJ.
Duties: Responsible for training and supervising Apprentices, Trainees and Technicians and excels across all Bobst Performance Values. Handles all aspects of new and used equipment installations, instruct customer personnel, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines sold and serviced by Bobst Group North America. Includes repair and installation of new machines; relocation of existing equipment, customer training, preventive maintenance, productivity improvement programs; ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repairs; troubleshoot mechanical and or electrical problems and proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programs. Requires travel across US and Canada 80% of the time.
Requires five (5) years of experience in a related occupation.
Requires five (5) years of experience with:
• Installing specialized corrugated machines.
• Performing factory mechanical upgrades and retrofits to machines.
• Performing troubleshooting and mechanical rebuilds to machines.
