n Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Field Service Representative to support customers across the U.S. by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced metal fabrication machinery. If you enjoy working directly with complex systems and being the go-to expert when things need to run right, this role puts you at the center of it all.n

n Our Field Service Technicians enjoy working hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that comprise our metal fabrication machines. Our field service positions are home based but require an individual who is accustomed to at least 90% travel. Technicians will provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated. Our Field Service Technicians are provided a company vehicle, paid training.n

n Position Summary and Purpose:n

n Provide on-site customer and product service through preventative and corrective maintenance of CI metal fabrication machines, with a focus on automation systems. Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while delivering exceptional customer support in high-travel environments.n

n Duties and Responsibilities:n

n ESSENTIAL:n

• n Complete machine service for customersn
• n Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicingn
• n Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum lifen
• n Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitabilityn
• n Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customersn

n REQUIRED:n

• n Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principlesn
• n Strong diagnostics and technical aptituden
• n Ability to work independently with little supervisionn
• n Ability to travel overnight at least 75–90%, at timesn
• n Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer servicen
• n Strong PC and organizational skillsn
