Meets with customer and resolves issues as needed. Activities include performing service leak checks, pressure checks, reading meters and other tasks as needed.Posts termination and other customer notices in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.Locates, operates, closes, and/or blocks curb stops and valves to terminate service for delinquent customer accounts.Performs all activities in accordance with the proper use and maintenance of tools, instruments, and meter cleaning and test equipment.Performs Utility Worker duties as assigned.Responds to after hours calls for emergency and non-emergency situations as required.
