Field Service Representative – OCONUSDZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the operation and support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems in a rapid development environment where aircraft progress from design, fabrication, assembly, and flight in a short period of time. The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who has direct, hands-on experience providing subject matter expert support to operating customers. Field Service Representatives (FSR) at CONUS and OCONUS locations provide maintenance and support services for all the aircraft systems and serve as the link between deployed operating units and DZYNE. FSR support is required twelve (12) hours per day, seven (7) days per week OCONUS.Required Duties and Responsibilities:Must meet minimum military health standards for worldwide deploymentSupports forward-deployed or training activities and operationsPerforms analysis of system operations and provides associated analysis reports or documentation back to the home officeCompletes hardware and accessory installation, software connectivity, technical issues, and equipment interconnectivityPerforms testing, repairing, removing and replacing parts, loading software and firmware for systems, subsystems, equipment, and componentsPerforms a wide variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problemsPrepares and presents a wide variety of incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery managerProvides advice and a wide variety of complex onsite training for customer support personnelRequired Skills/Qualifications:DoD Secret security clearance or higher with a current background investigationMust have a valid FAA Class 3 medical certificate (or able to meet standards)Previous payload maintenance experience highly preferred; prior experience with WESCAM MX-15 desired.A high degree of computer literacy: prior experience with software/hardware installation, knowledge of computer networking to include TCP/IP, Ethernet, and fiber optics.Experience in avionics and electronics, including wire harness fabrication, basic soldering and understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and test procedures.Experience in aircraft networks, various datalinks, Vortex, and SATCOM communications.Experience with COMSEC equipment and procedures.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:MX-15i/HD, MX-15DiD Repair CertificationExperience training or mentoring junior technicians or operatorsStrong communication and customer-facing skills, especially in high-tempo operational environmentsEducation:Bachelor's degree in the related area OR practical/formal military equivalent experience and training3-5 years of experience in unmanned aviation performing as an FSR.Clearance Level Required:SecretTravel Required:Up to 50% worldwideWorking Conditions:The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities. Personnel should expect to travel to various flight operations locations within the United States, in addition to overseas locations, both of which may experience complex living and working conditions. Personnel may be exposed to austere, deployment-type conditions and shared living spaces, including military-style accommodations, such as tents or manufactured b-huts with multiple personnel per room, along with military-style meals.Physical Demands:Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, and lift a minimum of 35-50 lbsRegularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spineInvolves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate workWork Authorization Requirement:Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Due to the requirements of the government contract associated with this position, candidates must be U.S. citizens. Proof of citizenship will be required as part of the hiring and clearance process.Hourly Rate:$45.00 - $55.00 Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
