VAM USA is the world leader for premium connection solutions for the oil and gas industry with numerous production facilities, three leading edge technology Research & Development centers and a network for over 160 licensees worldwide.Your Role At A Glance:Oversee and instructs various Service Companies and rig personnel in proper handling and make-up criteria for VAM USA productsSupervises rig crews/casing crews in implementation and field evaluation of new productsPerform critical inspections of VAM USA products on-site to field inspection criteriaProvides procedural support and oversees control to ensure the product is installed and or maintained in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potentialFollows up with customer's representative regarding past and upcoming jobs to identify potential areas of improvement and to continuously build positive relationshipsResponsible for service report fulfillmentAccompany or assist sales with customer callsResponsible for maintaining and controlling all equipment and accessory inventoryVerifies connection signature for acceptance or rejection and calibration of connection make-up equipmentResponsible for ordering needed service equipment and ship equipment to job sites as neededMaintains and safely execute the Smith System of driving on company vehiclesAvailable "On Call" in accordance with company policies and procedures to satisfy customer requirementsMust follow all company policies, running procedures, specifications and safety standardsAny other duties as assignedWhat Sets You Apart:High School Diploma or equivalent experience to meet skill level.
