Field Service Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a skilled electrical specialist, you will ensure that energy distribution and control functions smoothly on our construction sites. Your focus will be on troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of low-voltage products domestically. You enjoy working directly with products and are comfortable traveling nationally? You are primarily responsible for:

• Close cooperation with construction managers, technicians, and customers
• Maintenance, repair, and upkeep of energy technology products
• Timely and safe reconnection after maintenance actions or troubleshooting, as well as modification of switchboard products
• Adherence to relevant safety regulations in your daily work
• Creation of performance records, maintenance logs, and documentation, procedures, and specifications
• Training of customer personnel

Qualifications for the Role

• Successful training as a mechatronic technician or energy electronics technician
• Knowledge in switchboard construction is advantageous
• Openness to new products and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of energy technology
• Excellent German and good English, both spoken and written
• Flexible, assertive personality that thinks entrepreneurially, with a clear customer orientation and adept at handling diverse cultures
