Onsite Field Service ManagerMajor Agro Tech innovator seeks Onsite Field Service Manager to manage Post-Harvest Agriculture Field Service team in Southwest territory ensuring quality on-time delivery of product, services, maintenance and installation of equipment at customer packhouse locations.Location of position is in Visalia, CA. This is an in-person/in-field role. Salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 per year plus bonusManage a Field Service and Equipment team of ~10 Employees, oversee day to day activities and monitor performance getting regular feedback from Commercial Team and customers.
Establish KPIs to measure.Prioritize and Schedule routes/projects according to Account Management and Customer needs. Minimizing response times and maximizing efficiency.Lead meetings to check-in with entire Visalia team and align on daily/weekly priorities for the businessComplete Field Service Training/Onboarding program & Continuous training monthly for direct reportsUse Process improvement to reduce expense and labor budget year over yearRequirementsBachelors Degree, MBA a plusAbility to travel locally, Valid California Drivers LicensePreferred: CM or CCSM, CCSP, PMP.
