Field Service ManagerThe Field Service Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership and field execution support for Fortress Downhole Tools' Cyclops Setting Tool Recycling Program. This role maintains a strong field presence to support customer operations, improve technical performance, and reinforce Fortress processes and standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork closely with customer field representatives to execute Cyclops Setting Tool operations at wellsite locationsServe as the primary onboarding facilitator for the Eagle Ford and other basins as neededProvide field-based technical support for Cyclops Setting ToolsConduct routine field visits to reinforce proper handling and operational procedures with wireline crewsInitiate and report incident investigations in a timely mannerSupport district operations management as requiredDisassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and test Cyclops Setting Tools in accordance with Fortress Work Instructions when necessaryReport all steps of the Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress softwareSupport technical onboarding and training of new hiresCommunicate field issues and technical concerns to management and sales teamsMaintain high housekeeping and safety standardsUphold professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service standardsPerform additional duties as assignedSkills & QualificationsStrong technical background with downhole tools used in pump-down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating gunsSelf-motivated and detail orientedAvailable to work weekends and holidays as required to support field operationsStrong problem-solving, communication, and operational management skillsTechnical sales experience preferredWorking knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Prophet 21 ERPForklift trainingProficiency with basic hand toolsAbility to lift a minimum of 75 lbsCDL preferred
