Field Service ManagerWe are seeking a key contributor to join our team as a full time Field Service Manager in our Jacksonville, FL area market. The Field Service Manager (FSM) will assist the Regional Service Director (RSD), and is responsible for general customer management, installations and the capability to provide assistance and guidance to Field Service Technicians (FST).Essential FunctionsManagement of a team of Field Service TechniciansResponsible for the successful training of new staff in the assigned regionMaintain an exceptional level of customer satisfaction by possessing superior customer management skillsPlumbing, drainage and building layout and design competency for carrying out technical site surveys and inspections as neededBalanced management and dependable submissions of reports, paperwork and correspondences to the Regional Service Director i.e. (emails, expenses, payroll, forms)Support the Regional Service Director with new hires, new personnel appointments, administrative tasks and on-boarding processesServe as a substitute for other Field Service Managers or act in the capacity of the Regional Service Director when necessaryRegular and reliable attendanceQualifications2 - 5 years of management experienceVocational technical school diploma/certificationExperience with the field work associated with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing unitsPrior management experience, route-based preferredLicensed plumbers or comprehensive plumbing skills are preferredExperience working with power tools, ladders and aerial work platforms exceeding 6-feetOSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3-months of employmentSuperior verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)The use of personal digital assistants (i.e.

tablets and smartphones)Knowledge of ServiceMax and Salesforce a plusA valid a current driver's license in good standingA clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screenOvernight travel may be required$65,000 - $65,000 a yearQuench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
