They also handle scheduling, training, and quality control.Responsibilities:Training and development of techniciansScheduling and assigning tasks to techniciansSupervising and monitoring technicians' work performanceEnsuring timely completion of projects and tasksMaintaining inventory and purchasing suppliesConducting quality control checks on completed workHandling customer complaints and resolving issuesEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and protocolsConducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to techniciansCreating and implementing standard operating procedures for techniciansCollaborating with other departments to coordinate and prioritize workManaging budget and expenses for technician teamHiring and onboarding new techniciansOrganizing and leading team meetings and trainingsKeeping records and documentation of technician work and progressIdentifying areas for improvement and implementing solutionsHandling disciplinary actions and conflicts within technician teamStaying updated on industry developments and implementing best practicesTeam Management:Understand team dynamics and effective management practices.Conflict Resolution: Ability to address conflicts within the team professionally and constructively.Motivational Skills: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.Adaptability: Supervisors often encounter changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
