This role is also responsible for dispatch with the Branch Manager every morning. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.Upon hire, you will receive:Competitive base salaryStaff Zone company vehicle and gas allowanceCompany cell phone and iPadFull and generous benefits package which includes 401(k) with company matchTraining Program and Ongoing Support/CoachingIncentive contests and recognition throughout the year for top performersJob Requirements:Experience in sales and/or customer service a plusAbility to upsell current businessMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)Must be able to pass a drug screenMust be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weatherStrong verbal and written communication skillsResponsibilities as our Field Service Manager:Engage in sales, service, and business developmentTravel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintain good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day)Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.Assist with operations at the BranchReport to branch daily for dispatchMust be able to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pmWilling to work every third weekend, some holidays as requiredAbout Us:Staff Zone is a nationally accredited woman and privately-owned business that believes in women working in construction!
