This position is responsible for managing field crews, supervisors, customer relationships, equipment, safety programs, and overall operational performance.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at developing teams, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
The Field Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage multiple crews, monitor budgets, perform site inspections, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.This role requires strong leadership skills, landscape maintenance expertise, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
