Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support aircraft instruments, avionics, and power systems for OEM and aftermarket customers. In this role, you will commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in the field, perform on-site diagnostics, coordinate RMAs, and provide technical guidance to operators and maintenance teams. You’ll interpret engineering documentation, ensure compliance with aviation and quality standards, and document all service activity.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and QA to resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and deliver reliable, safety-focused customer support.
