Field Service EngineerField Service Engineers act as a liaison between our laboratory instrumentation, automation systems and their implementation in laboratory environments. They travel the world to customer sites while supporting innovative laboratory technologies and automation solutions, their responsibilities include offering customer support, conducting instrument installations, performing maintenance tasks, and providing instrument training. This individual will utilize their professional skills working within a multi-disciplinary service team.

This person will work in the field providing excellent, quality service support to both existing and new customers in designated territories. Duties will require availability for an average of 60%-70% travel time to customer sites.
