This technician will support our sales team, distributors and end-users of our products with technical questions and processing RMA returns related to the use of our products. You will work directly with our Warranty division and have a major impact on our customers and the relationship we maintain with them.

The Bray Commercial Field Engineer will report directly to the BCD Operations Manager.Job Responsibilities:Travel to customer facilities to provide troubleshooting and repairProvide technical support to Bray employees, distributors, and customersAssist the Quality/RMA Department with technical troubleshooting, emails, and documentsCreate and update technical marketing/published product offering documentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience providing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical technical supportKnowledge of butterfly, ball, globe, and pressure-independent control valvesFamiliarity with electric motor actuators and pneumatic piston/diaphragm actuatorsExperience with electrical control systems, including PLCs, BMS, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi platformsProficiency in the use of electrical test equipment, including multimeters, signal generators, and power suppliesUnderstanding of Ethernet, BACnet, and Modbus communication networksStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), 2D AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and other relevant applicationsAbility to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.Valid driver's license requiredMust be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States without sponsorshipCore Competencies:Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to grow their knowledge with Bray Commercial products, their functionality, and useExcellent oral and written communication skillsHigh-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable working individually and in a team environment to reach goals.Strong attention to detailAble to adapt to new situationsAt Bray International, we are the leading provider of industrial valves, actuators, and related control products, renowned for our innovative flow control solutions worldwide.
