This role works with the distributor partners and internal teams to maintain service standards and support operational performance.What You'll DoSupport Distributor service operations and assist with resolving service-related inquiries and operational issues.Monitor distributor service performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to support performance reviews and operational improvements.Coordinate and support service meetings, training activities, and regional service events with distributor partners.Assist distributors in implementing service programs, safety campaigns, and operational initiatives in alignment with company standards.Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to support service operations and promote customer satisfaction.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred within an Engineering field or business-related field.Plus 3–6 years of experience within an automotive industry.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Special Requirements (Licenses, certifications, etc.)Experience supporting automotive service operations or distributor networksWorking knowledge of service reporting systems and operational metricsAbility to analyze service data and prepare operational reportsExperience supporting technical training, meetings, or service initiativesAbility to travel up to 50% within the Caribbean and Latin America as requiredPreferred Spanish and/or French speakingAutomotive Service experience (preferred). Distributor support experience.Computer SkillsProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet search engines.Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English and Spanish.
