In this role, you'll take the lead in supporting customers and field teams with the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of a variety of power system equipment. This includes systems related to power delivery, drives, and controls. You'll play a key part in keeping critical equipment up and running while helping guide on‑site activities.

What You'll Do
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, both internal and on customer sites
- Install, maintain, repair, and commission equipment related to power delivery, control systems, outages, and power quality
- Support planned and unplanned outages as needed
- Work closely with field engineers and leadership to execute projects efficiently
- Build strong working relationships with teammates and customers
- Deliver a high level of service that helps drive repeat business and referrals
What You Bring
- High school diploma and 9+ years of hands‑on experience in power systems, commissioning, testing, or maintenance
- Formal education can be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis
- Medium- and low-voltage switchgear
- Power panels and motor control centers (MCCs)
- Generators and transformers
- Electromechanical equipment
- Protective relays (testing and installation)
- PLCs and DCS systems
- Electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Testing equipment and instrumentation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
