Service AdministratorSunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Service Administrator. As a Service Administrator, you will assist the Service Manager with customer relations and maintaining DOT compliance.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains truck files and DOT compliance for both Rental and Non Rental Fleet Schedules and coordinates Preventive Maintenance and DOT inspections on both Rental and Non Rental Fleet (Trucks)Performs duties as Safety Coordinator in regards to DOT FleetConducts weekly inspections of DOT FleetMonitors Loading and Unloading of on Sunbelt YardConducts DOS with drivers on a monthly basisAssists Service Manager in the warranty recovery processConducts reviews of closed work orders to ensure warranty opportunity has not been missedCatalogs warranty parts for validation on manufacturer's requestMaintains Compliance with Manufacturer's issued Service BulletinsAssists Service Manager in Customer DamagePrepares damage letters and send to customersMaintains photographic and physical evidence relating to customer damageDirects the supply of parts to shop mechanics, other branches and customersScreens and prioritizes service calls to meet customer needsAssures that equipment is available as requiredOrders parts in order to maintain adequate suppliesWorks with equipment vendors to learn the maintenance requirements and capabilities of new equipment added to inventoryThe physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the jobBase Pay Range: $20.89 - 28.72Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
