Field Service Appliance Technician

- Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, and related equipment.

- Travel to customers’ homes to perform scheduled service calls.

- Troubleshoot appliance problems and accurately determine necessary repairs.

- Provide professional and courteous customer service.

- Complete service documentation and use computer-based systems for service calls and repair information.

- Maintain an organized work area, tools, and service vehicle.

- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding diagnoses, repairs, and needed parts.
