$70,000 - $95,000 base, full benefits, 401(k), travel expenses covered, company-paid training

The Position

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software‑related issues on advanced print systems
• Support customers with installation, start‑up, and system optimization
• Partner with engineering teams for process improvement and technical support
• Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

The Detail

• Travel 60–70% regionally, typically home on weekends
• Company AMEX card and mileage reimbursement, keep your points
• Company‑paid training at HQ and manufacturer facilities
• 3+ years of field service or printing equipment experience preferred
• Strong electro‑mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with equipment from EFI, HP Indigo, Canon, Mimaki, Roland, Durst, CET Color, or similar preferred
