Field Sales Trainer

Field Sales Trainer | Greater Boston, MA

110K base with 5%-8% bonus

A growing company providing water management, waste compliance, and filtration solutions to dental practices. We’re seeking a Field Sales Trainer to help elevate sales performance through hands‑on training, product education, and sales enablement.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver sales onboarding, product training, clinical education, and ongoing skills development.
• Train internal sales teams, distributors, dealers, and service technicians.
• Create sales playbooks and training programs for new product launches.
• Travel to trade shows, sales meetings, and customer and distributor locations to provide field-based training.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align training with business goals and measure effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, corporate training, or field training.
• Field sales experience and comfort with technical products.
• Dental, medical device, or healthcare product experience preferred.
