We’re looking for driven, self-motivated sales hunters who can create and grow a book of business from the ground up. We’ll give you the tools, training, and product lineup. You bring the hustle.

What You’ll Do

Sell Ignite Cannabis products to smoke shops, dispensaries, and wholesalers across Texas
Prospect and cold-visit accounts, quickly building a buyer network
Present products with a fact-first, high-value sales approach
Manage your pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Generate your own leads and close deals; we’ll provide leads when available
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your reach
Collaborate with the team on sales strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For

Ability to quickly build and grow a book of business
Industry experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train the right candidate
Strong CRM skills and comfort using sales technology daily
HubSpot experience is a plus
Reliable transportation and a personal laptop or tablet
Highly self-motivated with strong closing skills
Based in Texas with the ability to cover your territory independently
