Pay: $190,000-$220,000 base + variable + equity
A late-stage, well-funded biotech preparing a rare disease launch is hiring field sales leaders. Youll own a territory, built around where you live, and the physician relationships in it, inside a small, high-performance commercial team.
What youll do
* Own a territory and its physician list
* Build trust with physicians and clinics
* Drive prescriptions that patients actually fill
* Work with patient services to clear access issues
* Hit clear daily metrics against ambitious goals
What you bring
* Commercial, physician-facing experience
* Proven results ranked against peers
* Scientific fluency: a science or medical degree, or a pharma or health tech role
* Extensive travel within your territory
Nice to have: rare disease launch experience; MD, RN or NP; startup health tech sales
