Field Project Managers - Roofing

Field SuperintendentVault is expanding across the Carolinas and we're hiring a Field Superintendent to "run the show" in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule. If you've led high-volume residential roofing installs and know how to hold teams accountable, this is a high-impact role in a fast-growth environment.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned Carolinas territoriesManage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneouslyEnsure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standardsConduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite complianceCoordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectationsTrack progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeoutCoach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistencyOwn field execution from start to completionWhat We're Looking For:Leadership, team lead experience is a plusExperience managing multiple crews/jobs or projects and maintaining quality across sitesStrong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeoutComfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountabilityFamiliarity with production tools, inspections, or job tracking systemsStrong communication and organization skillsValid driver's license; ability to travel within the Carolinas as neededExperience with storm restoration / high-volume residential operations preferredExperience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes preferredWhy Join Vault Roofing?High-visibility role with autonomy and real operational ownershipFast growth across the U.S.
