Field Project Manager (Travel-Based | Commercial Construction)

We’re hiring a Field Project Manager to oversee multi‑site commercial remodels and rollouts across the U.S. in the retail and restaurant space . You'll be the boots on the ground—ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and deliver exceptional quality.
What You’ll Do
- Travel nationwide to oversee active job sites, monitor execution, and report progress
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, crews, and clients
- Manage multiple remodels and fast‑paced buildouts simultaneously
- Ensure schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety are all on point
- Handle daily reporting, site inspections, team meetings, and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of construction experience (remodels, rollouts, or tenant improvements)
- Background in retail or restaurant environments (big‑box/QSR experience a plus)
- Strong field management, scheduling, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MEP systems and ability to oversee multiple trades
- Great communicator, self‑starter, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Base salary: $65 K–$80 K + quarterly bonuses
- Company vehicle (based on performance) + gas card + corporate credit card
