Field Performance Manager

This Garage Door company is expanding and has an opportunity for Garage Door professionals.

You lead our Garage Field Technician teams and own what happens once a job hits the field: performance, quality, customer experience, and revenue per ticket. You also stand up and staff new territories across the Midwest.

Base salary plus a performance bonus, up to $125,000 total, a $5,000 sign- on after your first 90 days, a company vehicle, and paid expenses.
