We are currently hiring a Field Operations Supervisor to support our Panama City branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field while also supporting branch-level operations, recruiting, and compliance.

The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring security officers deliver high-quality service in accordance with client requirements and company policies. In addition to traditional field supervision, this role supports branch operations by assisting with scheduling, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and administrative functions.
