This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.Daily Responsibilities:Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.Serve as back-up walking courier.Perform data entry.Opening/Closing the office/facilityAssisting with customer support ticketsProcess Asset ReturnsProcess AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import DocumentsPreferred Experience:1-3 years previous experienceMilitary experience is a plusExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKeen attention to detailValid Massachusetts Driver's LicenseAdditional Preferred Skills:Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Be engaged, proactive, and highly motivated.Positive attitude
