A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Recruiter to support hiring across its rapidly growing operations organization. This recruiter will partner closely with Operations leadership and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire talent for field-based and operational positions across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume recruiting, and understands how to communicate with operations leaders. The recruiter will serve as a trusted talent partner, helping fill critical operational roles while driving urgency and accountability throughout the hiring process.
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Hybrid, 4 Days Onsite Per Week
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on field operations, operations, logistics, retail, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, or other operational environments
- Experience recruiting for operational leadership and field-based positions
- Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives
- Experience managing hiring managers and driving accountability throughout the recruiting process
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within an ATS environment
