Field Operations ManagerThe Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing transportation, logistics, and field operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable service delivery. This role manages route planning, resource allocation, and supply chain coordination while maintaining control of operational expenses and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. The position serves as a key point of contact for clients, supporting account management and ensuring clear, responsive communication.In addition to technical responsibilities, the Field Operations Manager leads a team of 10–30 employees across multiple shifts, driving performance through strong leadership, training, and ongoing coaching.
This role emphasizes maintaining high standards for safety, compliance, and operational excellence, including auditing field practices and reinforcing safe work behaviors. The manager is also responsible for fostering team morale, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive work environment.
