Jetson Home is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead residential electrification projects, including solar, storage, and EV charging installs. You’ll manage day-to-day field operations, from site assessments and scheduling through installation, inspection, and commissioning. You’ll build scalable processes, coach technicians, and ensure safety, quality, and code compliance.
Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success, you’ll turn complex home energy projects into seamless customer experiences while supporting Jetson’s mission of decarbonizing homes at scale.
