We are seeking an experienced Computer User Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support across program field offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Evaluate network performance and conference room equipment.
- Support IT equipment setup, maintenance, and disposal procedures.
- Assist users with IT ticketing and ensure compliance with IT policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of IT support, field support, or end-user support experience.
- Strong hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to travel to field offices.
CompTIA A+ and Microsoft desktop certifications are a plus.
