POSITION
Field Smart Hands / Break-Fix Technician supporting enterprise environments. Remote engineers provide technical direction.
Work includes:
Hardware swaps and removal
Cable tracing and labeling
Rack/stack
Vendor escort / vendor meet
Physical connectivity verification
Site surveys and documentation
Decommissioning
Badged technicians may receive corporate and restricted-site assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years IT, enterprise, data center, or field service experience
Able to follow detailed remote instructions
Comfortable working in enterprise/data center environments
Professional, reliable, and punctual
NDA required prior to assignment
REQUIRED TOOLS
Laptop
Console cable
Smartphone with data plan
Drill/driver
Cable tester
Basic hand tools
Preferred: Punch-down tool, crimp tool, label maker
COVERAGE
Primary: Houston
Optional: Travel throughout Ohio for additional assignments. Approved mileage reimbursed for qualifying travel.
