Position: Field Marketing Supervisor - In this role, you will lead, train, and manage a door-to-door canvassing team, oversee daily performance, and develop strategies to generate quality leads and support sales growth.
Qualified Candidate - MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.
Qualifications:
- Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
- Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
- Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
- Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas
- Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
Compensation:
- Earn $100k-$125K (Salary, Commission, Overrides)
