Job Summary
The Regional Field Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing partner for assigned sales teams and business stakeholders, leading the planning, execution, and optimization of regional sales-sponsored events and designated business-sponsored events. This role manages the complete event lifecycle from intake and consultation through post-event reporting and lead follow-up, ensuring programs align with business objectives, support pipeline growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver a consistent brand experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Event Intake and Stakeholder Consultation
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned business, sales teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Conduct intake consultations with sales and business stakeholders to identify messaging, audiences, budgets, and deliverables.
- Evaluate event requests and provide recommendations on event formats and support strategies.
- Translate business requirements into project plans and event workstreams.
- Establish timelines, milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities.
- Drive accountability for approvals, content submissions, attendee lists, and event deliverables.
Event Project Management
- Manage multiple events simultaneously across the assigned region(s).
- Lead planning meetings and stakeholder status reviews.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time execution.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Maintain event documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Sales-Sponsored and Business-Sponsored Event Management
- Manage Salesforce campaigns, registration pages, Engagement Studio programs, and Highspot assets.
- Coordinate event communications, attendee management, logistics, onsite support, and follow-up activities.
- Partner with initiative marketers and stakeholders on messaging and content alignment.
- Coordinate client events, hospitality programs, roundtables, webinars, sponsorships, association events, and business sponsored events.
Lead Management and Reporting
- Coordinate attendee targeting and list management.
- Initiate lead qualification processes and follow-up workflows.
- Track attendee engagement and campaign performance.
- Develop post-event reports, summaries, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Two to five years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
- Experience managing events from planning through post-event reporting.
- Experience working with sales organizations and business stakeholders.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B professional services, legal services, or technology organizations.
- Experience with onsite, webinars, and virtual events.
- Experience supporting regional sales programs and account-based marketing.

The Compensation range for this role is 60,000 to 65,000 USD annually and may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
