Field Marketing Manager

To drive demand generation strategies for a major Financial Services vertical, the remote contract Senior Field Marketing Manager will manage the yearly industry demand generation plan, execute high-impact regional events, and collaborate with sales leaders and marketing teams to align on campaign initiatives. Key responsibilities: Build and execute the yearly demand generation plan in collaboration with North America sales leaders Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns and evaluate key industry events for participation Lead demand generation reporting and optimize marketing budget to create and accelerate pipeline opportunities Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing within enterprise software/tech environments Prior marketing experience in Financial Services or exposure to ERP/Process Mining competitors is preferred Ability to operate in a "scrappy" startup environment while managing execution-heavy tasks Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Google Workspace, and project tracking platforms Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills for engaging with executive teams
